A two-day leadership summit for 450 branch managers and senior staff, held at a Lahore convention venue, combining a keynote stage, breakout sessions and an evening dinner under one production team.
The brief
The client wanted a single vendor to run the full two days (staging, AV, breakout room technology and the closing dinner), after a previous summit run across three separate suppliers caused scheduling clashes.

A 32ft main stage was built with a full line-array sound system and confidence monitors for six speaker slots across the two days.
Three breakout rooms were fitted with independent AV and live captioning, run from a shared central control desk.

Execution
The venue's loading dock access was restricted to a four-hour window the morning of day one, which meant the main stage build had to be sequenced against a fixed delivery schedule rather than the usual overnight load-in.
The production crew pre-rigged as much of the truss and lighting as could be assembled off-site, cutting on-site rig time to under three hours once trucks cleared the dock.
A late change to the keynote speaker list on the morning of day one required rebuilding the show-calling script and confidence monitor order with 90 minutes' notice, handled without any visible disruption to the published schedule.
