The brief
The family wanted a floral-forward stage design in a warm colour palette, paired with catering that let guests move between live counters rather than a formal seated dinner.

The stage was built around a floral archway with over 40 metres of garland, styled in a warm gold and blush palette across the full reception hall.

Execution
Sourcing the exact floral palette the family wanted was constrained by seasonal availability, so the design team substituted two flower varieties two days before the event and matched dye tones to keep the overall palette consistent.
Running five live counters continuously for four hours meant staggering kitchen prep so no single counter ran out mid-service. The chaat and dessert counters in particular needed rolling replenishment every 20 minutes.
