Overview
An outdoor Mehndi and Baraat held across two evenings on a private farmhouse lawn, built with a full tensile canopy for weather protection.
The brief
The family wanted an open-air feel without weather risk, on a lawn with no existing structures or power.

A tensile canopy was erected across the full lawn area to cover the seating and stage zones for both event nights, with a wet-weather contingency plan agreed in advance.

Execution
Unseasonal rain on the afternoon of the second night meant activating the wet-weather contingency: moving the planned open-lawn seating area under the canopy's covered zone with about two hours' notice, without disrupting the evening's start time.
